ACCESS STATEMENT

Introduction

Our premises were previously two hotels but were altered into Holiday Flats over 30 years ago and have been updated since Roger and Linda purchased the premises is 2004, by having Central Heating and Double Glazing put throughout. Situated only 5 doors off the Promenade, between Central and South Piers we are ideally placed for you to enjoy all that Blackpool has to offer.

On Arrival

  • We have our own website at www.newsouthdownholflats.co.uk which describes all the apartments.
  • Bookings can be made either on the telephone or website, and deposit can be made by Debit/Credit cards or by Cheque, Postal Order (which ever is more suitable to you)
  • We also hire wheelchairs, guest beds, walkers etc. so ensure you book well in advance
  • Lonsdale Coach and Car Park is just a few minutes walk from us and the nearest
  • Train Station/National Express Depot is approximately a mile away.
  • The entrance to our premises has a small step into the grounds and then two small steps into the Main Doorway.
  • We also have a laundry room on the premises with Washing Machine and Dryer.

  • 6 Self Contained Studio Flats sleeping 2 to 4 persons
  • 11 Self Contained One Bedroomed Flats sleeping 2 to 6 persons
  • 3 Self Contained Two Bedroomed Flats sleeping 2 to 6 persons
